Your entries, categories and annotations live in a local database on your device. They only leave it if you sign in and explicitly consent to synchronization. Usage telemetry is separate from that content and never carries personal data.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and protect your information when you use the "PA NOTAS" application, hereinafter described as APP.
Information Collection
User Input: The APP does not collect user information. Even when information is entered during the use of the APP, it is saved locally and synchronized with a private storage service indicated in the user's account (integrated file services) and these are provided and are the responsibility of third parties of which the APP does not have any control or responsibility.
Usage Telemetry
The APP records a small volume of usage telemetry so we can understand how it is being used and keep it working on the devices where it actually runs. This telemetry never carries personal data — no names, e-mail addresses, descriptions, amounts, categories or any content you entered into the APP.
What is transmitted is limited to the approximate device model (platform, operating system version and device type), the APP version and the usage dates, alongside anonymous counters of how many times generic actions occurred — such as opening the APP or performing a search. These counters are numbers only: they say that an action happened, never what it was about.

The APP does not share user information.
